Where am I based?
I have recently moved to the lovely Auckland, NZ and am also often in the Far North as my family live there.
I love travelling, always so cool to photograph new places and meet new people so please don’t hesitate to get in touch because I will follow you wherever you need me!
What is required to secure a booking?
To secure your date you'll need a non-refundable deposit and a contract.
Although the deposits are non-refundable I am more than happy for you to use it towards another shoot or to gift to someone else if your plans fall through for whatever reason.
Are my packages flexible?
Absolutely! I have pretty simple packages, under Investment if you are looking for a full 12 hours or a 6 hour package, but if you want me for more or less time let me know and we can talk to create a package that fits you!
How long will it take to receive the finished photos?
Between 4-8 weeks, depending on the date as November-April is my busy session and images can take longer during that time. You do get your sneak peaks within 2 days so you can share your big day right away!
Because I photograph so many Weddings and other events I have lot's of editing to do! I edit all the images individually and make sure every photograph looks as good as the last one so patience is key to great photos.
Should we get a second photographer?
I am used to shooting weddings just myself and am happy to do so. Although having a second photographer can definitely give you a great new perspective to add to your wedding album. While I focus on the Bride and Groom, they can get sneaky shots of guests doing shots at the bar! I work with some awesome photographers and am particular with who I use.
Can I help get a Videographer?
Definitely!
I have worked with lot's of awesome and talented videographers and am more than happy to help you find the perfect videographer for your event!
Who owns the copyright to the images?
We both do!
You are free to print as you like; where you like; distribute to friends and family members and across social media.
Do I provide the RAW images?
Unfortunately I do not.
So much of a photographers style is based on our editing; however I would love to know how rustic or light and clean you'd like your photos edited and I'm happy to incorporate that into my editing style.
I also add in all the cute bloopers, happy faces and special family moments, you don't need to worry about missing out on anything!
Do we get to meet beforehand?
Yes of course! I love to meet all of my couples before the big day sometimes in a way of an engagement shoot or just a coffee to get to know each other a little! Location depending I am also happy to do a venue visit with you and scope out the best photo spots before the day.
If there is no physical way of meeting up there is always video chat or a good old phone call, whatever works for you.
